Kaven brings over 25 years of real estate project and program management experience across multiple market sectors and geographic areas. Her dedication to fostering a collaborative environment, attention to the big picture and the details, technical and management background complement her commitment to achieving the client’s goals whether a single project delivery or program management across a portfolio. Kaven’s versatile experience includes delivery of projects in occupied and critical areas under aggressive schedules, budgets and compliance requirements. One of her biggest strengths is an ability to coordinate multiple complex components and initiatives while leading teams and partnering with other service providers. Kaven is known for her integrity, commitment and quality of service which continually earns the trust of many clients resulting in repeat business. Kaven holds a degree in Civil Engineering, and has a WA State Brokers License.
Outside of work, she spends times with her husband, adult children and their dog, Roscoe. She enjoys gardening, cooking, sailing and working out. Kaven is a community volunteer and has worked personally and professionally with several nonprofits.
Kurt brings 3 decades of project and construction management in diverse market sectors providing clients with end-to-end solutions in the real estate industry. Kurt’s experience as a GC owner, CM, development manager, and consultant gives him an exceptional perspective into the oversight of project delivery. His expertise in pro forma review, design development, preconstruction, coordinating trades, construction processes and experience as a design build practitioner ensures that project objectives and client goals are met with efficiency from concept to occupancy and beyond. He thrives in high pressure environments, addresses issues early on and at their root by a thoughtful and creative approach with an underlying theme of achieving technical perfection. Kurt’s broad experience in the industry, his drive for results while building partnerships and his loyalty has earned him respect and trust in the PNW real estate community. Kurt has a degree in Construction Management with an Honor in Architecture.
Outside of work, Kurt enjoys the outdoors and is an avid motorcyclist. He contributes to many non-profits and charities in his free time.
Rachel brings to the team strong organizational skills, a great communication style and a self-starter attitude. Her past experience includes managing the operations and team members for a gourmet food store, and the front reception desk for the C Suite for the on-line retail confidential client in South Lake Union. This experience combined with her educational background in Business and Education ensures she understands the importance of interactive, efficient and positive communication. Her attention to detail and natural ability to prioritize responsibilities provides Kaven and Kurt with the support they need to deliver the best results to the client. Rachel has her Bachelor’s in Education and her WA State Brokers License.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time cooking, running and training her new puppy, Fonzie. She and her husband have traveled to many countries but love exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
